today being christmas it was about 73 degress outside. did i get to enjoy it>>>> nope.
i was at work at 7am this morning and worked straight thru until 10pm this evening
the amount of covers was about 400 people and i was on the Pompano dish.
i didnt do as much as the beef but it was still quite busy. sometimes putting up 7 plates at a time.
it was a successfull day and everything went smoothly.
