the research

the five cycle menu begins soon so i have been studying UP.
did anyone besides me know that you can braise in milk. italians have been doing it for centuries.
milk braised pork loin looks so good. we here are doing a milk braised lamb shoulder. other things like butter poachedveal and sous vide watermelon have led me all the around the culinary atmosphere and begining to further break my world in two.
