the first pic is of the menu which ran on dec 12th 2010. we have a 4 cycle menu which means that for monday tuesday wednesday thursday they are all different menus the cycle then repeats itself for friday. so fridays menu is the same as monday's menu, sat menu is the same as tuesday and etc...

the pics are lamb chicken snapper beef grouper mushroom wellington in that order.

they are some not so nice pics of the food but it kinda gives a glimpse of what i am doing here.
not it's not so much the cookery itself that is hard it's more the unique plating that requires the talent.
i have not yet been able to work over in pantry so those items are lacking a picture.
