sur la table

our adventures in culinary took us to two new places today. at first we set out to find a resturaunt depot by the name of SRE(sarasota resturaunt equipment) store. a 40,000 sq ft warehouse. we found some pretty neat items and some things we thought we'd never find. after that we headed out to find this other supply store by the name of sur la table. turned out to be williams and sonoma on steroids. pretty neat place to go to. i tried to get the sales associate to give me my dream knife (10in Shun) but she didnt want to. :(
